Individuals must be18+ years old AND from a low-income household and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- No or limited internet access at home OR have no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home.
- Require digital access to manage long-term health conditions.
- Financial hardship preventing access to mobile data.
- Socially isolated individuals (e.g., elderly, disabled, carers).
- People facing homelessness, domestic abuse survivors, or other vulnerable situations.
