The NHS and Primary Care have never been under such pressure and something needs to give. At Sussex Primary Care we prioritise our staff’s wellbeing and are therefore changing the way we work so our staff can have pride in what they do and achieve a better work life balance. This means different things to different people and we are working with our staff to achieve this. For example, working completely remotely as a permanent Salaried GP or working a mix of in-practice and from home.
