A short session for Graded Care Profile 2 trained practitioners to increase your confidence in using the GCP2 tool in your day-to-day practice and answer any questions you may have.

Open to all staff who have previously undertaken the one-day GCP2 training.

All sessions will be hosted by experienced GCP2 trainers.
