/ABOUT THE RETREAT
Join Rhonwenfour-dayour day retreat meditating on, contemplating and studying the meditation topics of the graded path to enlightenment practice cycle as summarised by Lama Tsongkhapa in his short text the Three Principle Aspects of the Path.
Geshe Tashi will teach this text in May, one of his last teachings this year at Jamyang, and this retreat is very much designed to follow on from that and to give participants an experiential taste of each of the three aspects. But it is also very suitable for those who can't make the teachings or for beginners in Buddhism.
/ABOUT THE RETREAT LEADER
Rhonwen Sayer is a senior student of Geshe Tashi Tsering, a graduate of his Foundation Buddhist Thought course and a FPMT recognised teacher of his course and equivalent teachings at the FPUMT Foundational level of study and practice. After a career in IT she graduated with a Masters from the Schools of Oriental and African Studies of London University, is a fellow ion the Royal Asiatic Society and a member of the UK Association for Buddhist Studies (UKABS).
