Join our Education and Community Officer, Vicky Tarr, and our Community Ranger, John Attiwell, as we empty a moth trap which has been out all night at our Grange Farm site, part of Roding Valley Meadows. Hopefully, we will catch a glimpse of some of the magical nocturnal pollinators that use this wonderful, flower-rich reserve. All moths caught will be released at the end of the event. Should the weather conspire against us, or no or few moths be caught, a classroom session may be held instead.
Advanced booking is essential. Bring a sandwich and a flask as there will be a brief lunch break. This event is suitable for adults and families.
