There are multiple innovation grants and related schemes supporting SMEs. For example, Innovate UK have funded more than £638m of innovation projects in the East of England in the last 15 years. Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils, along with New Anglia LEP, want to ensure local businesses access more of this funding by helping business owners and managers to write stronger grant applications.

• Give you some background into innovation funding opportunities
• Explain why it’s so important that Norfolk & Suffolk businesses get on board to master the skill of writing grant applications
• Explain how the mentoring scheme will work
• Introduce you to some of our professional business mentors
• Introduce you to a business that has already benefited from innovation funding
• Explain how your business can apply to join the scheme
