Is there a discussion at any stage?

No, there isn't. Unlike book clubs, at Graphic Novel Reading Room everybody reads something different, often several books in one session.

Can I borrow or buy the comics?

No, you can't, as they are my personal collection that I share with people. However I can make recommendations of indie bookshops and other places where you can buy comics, and Sheffield Central Library also has a great collection to borrow from.
