We are going to be holding our New Starter Parents Meetings here at Thomas A 'Becket Infant School on Thursday 4th September 2025 from 9am-3pm.
What should I do next? Please book your child's 20 minute appointment by clicking on the orange 'RESERVE A SPOT' button, complete the booking form and choose your preferred timeslot between 9am and 3pm.
Please keep a note of your chosen appointment time for reference - this will also be in the confirmation email that Eventbrite will send you.
What is the purpose of the meeting? These meetings are designed for Teachers and TAs to gather information about your child and your family, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Both your child's Teacher & class TA will be at the meeting and it will take place in your child's classroom. Your child is welcome to attend with you.
Where should I go for my meeting? Please come to the main school office 5 minutes before your timeslot and a member of staff will meet you and take you round to your child’s classroom.
We do ask that you stick strictly to the 20 minute timeslot, and should you need a longer meeting with your child's Teacher that you arrange this for a later date. Teachers will need to end the meeting on time, in order to move onto the next child's appointment.
Can we please ask that you only book one timeslot per child.
