The Grassification project is delighted to invite you to its upcoming webinar 'Anaerobic co-digestion for roadside grass clippings', which will be held (in English) on 20 April from 10:00 to 12:00 CET.

One of the main aims of the Grassification project is to use roadside cuttings as feedstock for material and energy. In this regard, an exploratory digestion test on pilot-scale was conducted in the installation of Inagro to determine whether roadside grass can be digested (20 v/v %) in co-digestion with VeDoWS manure and pig slurry and whether this can lead to a stable digestion process.

During the webinar, it will be presented the current status of the grass AD in Flanders. Along with that, experts involved in the exploratory digestion test will showcase the results achieved, highlighting the practical aspects of the process, its techno-economic assessment and its environmental benefits.
