About this event

Keeping it simple... Come along with your favourite journal, notebook with lines / without lines, your favourite coloured paper or simply just scrap paper with your favourite pen.

Having journaled for over 10 years I would love for you to join as we journal together... during the session I will share my tips to new joiners and we will learn the art of practising daily gratitude.

Join us in this daily practice of journalling to enjoy quiet time away from the daily chaos to become mindful and grateful just before bed.

Mindfulness Craft was created in 2019 in London but we have been running since 2002. We have been successfully running art, craft and cooking workshops and have hosted exciting events like birthday parties, baby showers, hen parties and corporate events (physically and virtually).

Nimisha has previously worked at the Big 4 and has experience of managing corporate life alongside inspiring all around her to find their creative passion. She believes the combination of her patience and working in the community for over 20 years makes her workshops one that you will want to be part of!
