THE ART: FACILITATING AS COACH

25th January and 1st February 2019 – 09:00 to 17:00 each day, London, UK

Over the past six years, the Graydin team have trained more than a thousand educators and leaders in coaching skills. We’ve worked with teachers in the UK, Masters of Education students in the UAE, volunteers in Canada and professionals across the globe. Together, we strive to embed coaching cultures within schools and organisations to improve the wellbeing, performance and communication of leaders, managers, teachers and students.

We pride ourselves on having created a common coaching language that people can understand. We believe that time and age are not barriers to coaching. In fact, we have created tools that can effectively be used within one minute or one hour, when coaching a six-year-old child or a sixty-year-old adult.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful way to help an individual or group improve their own performance. It is a specialised skill set used by educators, Fortune 500 CEOs, medical professionals and more.

A coaching approach enriches interactions: from informal conversations to management meetings, academic tutoring to performance reviews.

The Art: Facilitating as Coach

Graydin will be hosting this final two-day course for those who have previously attended Graydin’s two-day The Anatomy course, The Journey course and have received three one-to-one coaching sessions by a Graydin Coach. This course will ensure coaching sustainability in your organisation.

The course provides participants the skills and knowledge to train colleagues in coaching skills and ensures your organisation is on its way to becoming a Graydin Coaching Organisation.

In addition to attending this course, participants will receive two one-hour, one-to-one training sessions from Graydin Coaches to support their learning and future coaching-related initiatives.

After attending the course and receiving two coaching sessions, participants will be one step closer to delivering Graydin’s two-day The Anatomy: Foundational Coaching Course within their organisation.

As a result of attending, participants will:

  • Gain greater commitment to staff development and responsibility for embedding and sustaining a coaching culture
  • Enhance their coaching and leadership skills and coaching capacity in their organisation
  • Be one step closer to delivering coaching-training in-house to colleagues, students and parents

At your request, we will happily put you in contact with any past The Art participants.

What is the cost?

The price for one person is £1145 + VAT. This is a special initial open course rate for a maximum number of eight participants and includes:

  • Two-day interactive coaching course including refreshments
  • The Art Workbook
  • Access to Graydin's online Learning Portal which includes the course workbook as well as other coaching resources such as recommended books, research articles and worksheets
