Why run for RSBC?

We are determined that no child in the UK should grow up poor and lonely just because they are blind. Currently:

  • 90% of blind children in the UK will never work for more than six months in their lives.

  • Most will never have someone to share their life with.

We provide blind children and their families with a dedicated Family Support Service, helping them to fulfill the potential we know they’ve got. We also provide employability services, sports programmes and social and peer groups to build confidence and independence. Run for us, and help us in our mission to reach every blind child in the UK by 2020.

Already have a place?

If you have a place you can still join our team and support blind children to live life without limits. You will receive all of the above perks, and can set your own fundraising target! Select 'I have a place' at the checkout.
