What if action on climate was the best way to improve our health?

Over the past five years our innovative partnership of Edventure Frome CIC, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council has empowered thousands of residents to take action on climate by highlighting the positive co-benefits for our planet, our pockets and our health. Our Green and Healthy Frome programme is funded by the National Lottery's Climate Action Fund.

We have seen positive change in our culture and systems, in our partnership, and in our community. Our learning exchanges beyond Frome have included sustainable practice in primary care, community building and effective communications and more...

Join us to experience first hand stories and learning from partnership of healthcare, local government and community enterprise and to share your insights and aspirations with local, regional and national networks.
