Theme

'Green Hat' Leaders Events are inspired by Edward DeBono's Six Thinking Hats Model, designed to help decision makers engage positively, understand problems from different perspectives, and to avoid letting negative interventions obstruct the process of generating fresh thinking such as;

- New possibilities
- Creativity
- New ideas
- New perceptions
- Alternatives

By drawing together the collective minds of diverse Executives, Business Owners and Directors, participants can explore new ideas, and discover innovative ways of improving both their business, and their personal performance.

Additionally, participants can build their network with experienced and well connected participants with a view to opening up new opportunities for collaboration, strategic partnerships, introductions and other kinds of support.

Discussions will be led by Dr Gerard Prior, specialist in personal and business transformation and the development of sustainable competitive advantage.

Participants should be seeking to develop and grow, or scale their business, and can engage in the discussion. They will have the opportunity to learn from the knowledge and experiences of others, and seek answers to their own questions and concerns.
