Presenting :

Charlie Lim

Charlie Lim is a singer-songwriter and producer from Singapore, whose music traverses across acoustic melancholia, neo-soul, alt-rock and electronica. His two albums both reached #1 on the iTunes Singapore charts, and was named Album of the Year by national paper The Straits Times and awarded Best Song of the Year by Apple Music. He received the Young Artist Award by the National Arts Council in 2021 - the highest achievement for young arts practitioners in Singapore. While best known in his hometown for having a central role in writing and performing several theme songs for Singapore’s National Day, Charlie has also grown into one of Southeast Asia's most distinctive voices, with his music making its mark across the region's premiere festivals like Summer Sonic in Japan, Clockenflap in Hong Kong, and Java Jazz Festival in Indonesia, while sharing stages with artists such as Kimbra, Lucy Rose and José Gonzalez.
