Green Walks (2-Hour) - Hempstead River Severn Loop

It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health. Green Walks is a fully funded community walking group designed to help you reconnect with nature, boost your well-being, and build meaningful connections with others in your local area.

This walk has mostly flat paths with one slight slope. As this route is not widely known, it’s a great way to see a new side of the local area. Join us for a gentle, welcoming walk through beautiful green spaces, where you’ll have the chance to slow down and experience the restorative power of the outdoors. Whether you’re looking to clear your mind, meet new people, or simply enjoy the fresh air, Green Walks is for everyone—no matter your fitness level or background.

🅿️Parking: Please park down Real Lane, beginning in front of the post office.
🚍 Nearest bus stop: Court Gardens (2 minute walk from meeting point).

🚽 Facilities: There are no toilet or cafe stops on this route. However, there will be many opportunities for a wild wee.
