Want to learn how to use your sea kayak in rough water and the surf conditions? Do you want to develop efficient rolling techniques in rough water ?
Join James Make, Eiichi Ito, Simon Osborne and How We Roll for a weekend of Greenland rolling and sea kayak surf skills. We will find suitable surf/ rough water conditions along the Cornish coastline. This course is for kayakers who have a basic understanding of kayak rolling but want to make their rolling more reliable and use it in rough water. The coaches are all expeimenceSimon is one of the best sea kayaking coaches available with an incredible knowledge of techniques and tactics in the surf environment.
The course will run from 9:00 – 16:30 each day and we will work individually with all participants to reach their goals.
The most likely location will be the Hayle estuary (Carbis Bay, Gwithian, Godrevy), but this will depend on the swell and wind forecast for the weekend.
