Power vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and athletic style yoga. It is full body workout, working all the major muscle groups, building strength and increasing flexibility. A 'yang' style practice with plenty of 'yin' elements within the sequence to bring about a sense of balance and equilibrium. The room is also heated via a radiant heater to promote detoxoification via sweat, which also helps your muscles relax and lengthen, making you just that bit more flexible.
