Event Details

Join us for a special evening with Gretchen Rubin as she shares her insights about the habits of happiness and how understanding our tendencies can help us live more wisely.

Gretchen is the bestselling author of The Happiness Project and she'll be revealing the exciting ideas from her brand new book The Four Tendencies - and explaining how we can make lasting changes in our lives by understanding more about our personality profile.

In this unmissable talk you'll discover if you are an Upholder, a Questioner, an Obliger or a Rebel. Once we know which personality type we fall into, we can use this knowledge to change our habits.

"Gretchen gives you the tools to not only understand yourself and others, but what to do with that knowledge" ~ Shawn Achor

In her groundbreaking new bestseller The Four Tendencies, Gretchen reveals one simple question (How do I respond to expectations?) that has the potential to transform what we do at home, at work, and in life.

"If you want to change anything in your life, you need Gretchen"

Gretchen has been interviewed by Oprah and walked arm-in-arm with the Dalai Lama. She also hosts a popular weekly podcast Happier with Gretchen Rubin where she discusses happiness and habits with her sister Elizabeth.
