Grief doesn’t just come from death.

It can come when your children leave home. When a dream quietly slips away. When you move out of the house you grew up in. Or when you simply realise life isn’t what it used to be.

Whatever you’re grieving, big or small, this workshop offers you space to feel, to breathe, and to begin gently shifting your relationship with loss.

Join me for a calm, supportive 2-hour session where we’ll explore:

✨ The “big G’s” and “little g’s” of grief and why all of them matter.✨ Why we all grieve differently, and why that’s okay.✨ Simple, grounding techniques like Traffic Light Tapping and EFT to help you process what you feel in the moment.✨ Gentle ways to honour your memories while moving forward with lightness and self-compassion.

We won’t rush. We’ll simply walk together through what you carry and help you find a little more space to breathe.

This workshop is open to anyone who…

  • Feels weighed down by something they can’t quite name.
  • Is grieving a loved one, a relationship, a life stage, or a dream.
  • Wants to understand and support someone else through their grief.
  • Feels guilty for “still” feeling sad or for feeling joy too soon.
  • Simply wants to explore how to carry loss more gently.

You don’t need to have words for what you’re feeling. You don’t even need to call it grief. Just bring yourself as you are.

Meet Your Trainer: Lucinda Peyton-Jones

Lucinda is a Master Trainer of EFT Tapping, a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a qualified practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a calm, compassionate presence to every training she leads.

Her passion is helping people reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence, using a range of holistic therapies to gently release what no longer serves. Lucinda’s clients describe her as warm, supportive, and deeply intuitive. A guide who creates a safe space for transformation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be grieving right now to attend?

Not at all. You’re welcome whether you're currently navigating grief, supporting someone who is, or simply curious about how to meet loss with more compassion. This is a space for anyone who wants to understand grief more deeply.

I’m not sure what I’m feeling is grief — is this still for me?

Absolutely. Grief isn’t always obvious. It can show up as tiredness, restlessness, numbness, guilt, or even unexpected joy. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear reason — just a willingness to explore what you’re carrying.

Do I need any previous experience to attend?

No experience is needed. This workshop is open to everyone. You’ll be gently guided through the session, and there’s no pressure to share unless you want to.

Will we be doing any emotional processing in front of others?

There’s space to reflect and feel, but you won’t be expected to speak about anything personal unless you choose to. The session is designed to be grounding and supportive, not overwhelming.

What kind of tools or practices will we use?

Lucinda will introduce simple techniques like EFT (tapping) and Traffic Light Tapping — easy, calming tools you can use at home. You’ll also be offered gentle reflection prompts and moments to pause and breathe.

How many people will be in the group?

The group will be kept small so that it feels personal and supportive. You’ll be part of a safe, kind space with space to go at your own pace.

What if I get emotional during the workshop?

That’s okay. Emotions are welcome here, and there’s no need to hold back or apologise. You’ll be guided gently throughout, and you’re free to take a break, turn your camera off, or just listen. Whatever you need.

Will I receive any resources afterwards?

Yes, you'll receive a short follow-up email with a few optional resources, including a reminder of the tapping techniques and reflective prompts used during the session.

What if I can’t attend on the day?

If something comes up, please get in touch as soon as you can. As this is a live, small-group session, recordings won’t be shared, but we’ll do our best to let you transfer to a future date if one is available.
