Fly with us to Griffish Isles for our 6th year!

Following on from our successful 2023 convention, Griffish Isles offers Weekend, Saturday and Sunday tickets for VIPS, Ponies and Foals alike. Have fun with all your friends to celebrate all things MLP and support a local charity in Manchester.

This year we're following Bobbie Above The Clouds, so whether you're a Griffon, Unicorn, Pegasi or an Earth Pony with special floaty potions, we're going to have a great time!

Note: Foal tickets must be purchased with an standard/VIP ticket to be valid. Foal tickets are for under 12's only. and a max of 4 per adult ticket are allowed

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Those under the age of 18 will not need to leave by 8pm but wont be allowed in the bar. You should be 16+ to attend on your own, under this age you should be under the supervision of someone 18+. All non guests of the hotel must leave by midnight.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at the Charles Street car park. This is charged at a discounted rate at weekends. Currently £2 sat/sun but may be higher on Friday and Monday.

What can I bring into the event?

Anything that is suitable to an event attended by all ages, including children and doesn't cause distress to other attendees. No external food and drink is allowed on site unless permission is granted by the hotel.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds till 30 days prior to the event, after that no refunds are possible EXCEPT in case of a cancellation of the event. Note if you cancel, Eventbrite will not refund the booking fee, only the money the conference would get.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Essentially YES. If you don't we can use the screen and your name/handle to work out who you are, but you may be asked to wait as we process others first into the venue.

Can I update my registration information?

Subject to Eventbrite allowing this.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Tickets can be upgraded in some cases, and we can consider transfers, but be aware we might not be able to process in time and a cut off date will be applied. We advise you take advantage of the refund and re-order to change names.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No. The ticket must be for you.

Is anyone banned from the event?

The committee reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who they deem not suitable for the event upon arrival or while on the premises. Individuals can be banned in advance if reason exists to believe their presence will disrupt the event by either their actions, or reputation. In such cases no refunds will be made - except for the booking fee. The decision of a committee member can be appealed to the chair of the event, but after that no further appeal route exists. We hope no one has to be banned, but we reserve the right to do so
