We now offer personal shopper experience for us customers to enjoy the showroom with the dedicated attention of one of our experts. You will have the showroom to yourself as currently we are allowing only one customer appointment at a time.
The 25 minute slot is ideal for next stage strollers, next stage car seats or a follow up appointment. If you are coming in for the first time and are looking at travel systems from birth we recommend you book a double appointment to give you more time to see the various options we have available which can't be done in a shorter appointment.
If you simply want to visit the shop to purchase an item and you do not need a consultation, please use the click and collect option on our website www.groovsytyle.co.uk .
We also only intend to only allow two people to a consult, to reduce the numbers of people in the showroom as per the guidance given in regards to Social Distancing. So please be aware if you bring any extended family they will not be able to enter the showroom. This includes children, so if you are bringing a child for a car seat fit, only one parent please.
We will also invite our customers to sanitize their hands on entering and leaving the showroom.
To enter the showroom you will be required to wear a face covering or mask and you will be required to wear it for the duration of the appointment.
We will not be taking cash payments in the showroom, and we are only able to take card payments.
If you book an appointment and start to show symptoms as detailed by the Government, please do not attend and contact ASAP so we can offer the consult to someone else.
Please note we will not be able to overrun the 25 minutes as we will need to clean the showroom for the next consult.
