Yippee we are now open on a appointment only basis at weekends. Yes you can touch and play with the pushchairs etc as we clean everything touched after each appointment.

We now offer personal shopper experience for our customers to enjoy the showroom with the dedicated attention of one of our experts.

We can now try pushchairs in the boot of your car. We make a charge of £10.00 to do this but this charge is taken off the cost of your purchase. We make this charge as we use Sanosil to sanitize the area and make it safe for our staff. We then also have to sanitize the pushchair after trying it in your vehicle.

We can now offer car fitting services at a cost of £10.00 per car seat to cover the cost of disinfecting your car to make it safe for our staff to fit. If you wish to fit yourself, we will give you a full demonstration in store. Please note we can only do fittings in the daylight for safety reasons so please book appointments during the daylight hours. We are also unable to do fittings in inclement weather.

We offer two times of appointments one a 45 minute appointment which can cover everything we sell and another of 30 minutes for a general browse, collections and strollers etc. Please note however the 30 minute appointment is not for car seats.

If you simply want to visit the shop to purchase an item and you do not need a consultation, please use the click and collect option on our website www.groovsytyle.co.uk , however please note the warehouse does not operate on the weekend so your Click and Collect may not be ready until Monday morning.

Although restrictions have been lifted as a company the safety and health of our customers and staff are our first priority. With this in mind we will be continuing with the measures and policies we have had in place since we were allowed to open last year.

What this means?

We will invite our customers to sanitize their hands on entering and leaving the showroom.

The wearing of a face mask is once again a legal requirment. We do ask you to wear a mask whilst in our showroom. We know many pregnant women are unvaccinated and classed as vulnerable, so we are looking to protect everyone. If you have an exemption please let us know prior to your appointment by emailing us at sales@groovystyle.co.uk and we will make arrangements to make sure you are safe in our showroom.

We will not be taking cash payments in the showroom, and we are only able to take card payments.

If you book an appointment and start to show symptoms as detailed by the Government, please do not attend and contact ASAP so we can offer the consult to someone else.

Please note we will not be able to overrun the 45 minutes as we will need to clean the showroom for the next consult.
