Now Covid restrictions are lifted you can visit us without an appointment Monday to Friday, however, we have decided to continue with appointments at the weekend when we are most busy.

Why are we doing this? Well, the feedback we have had from customers tells us you prefer it. Before we started doing appointments, we had no idea who was coming and when, and often it would lead to a log jam of customers at certain times of the day, waiting for one of our team to assist you.

By booking an appointment, you get the undivided attention of one of our expert advisors to look after you during your visit and take you through everything you need to know. You get a true personal shopper experience and the best thing is, it's free!

If you simply want to visit the shop to purchase an item, you can pop in, however please be aware if all our team are with customers who have an appointment, they will not be able to assist you until the appointment is over and will assist you between appointments.

Although restrictions have been lifted, Groovystyle as a company take the safety and health of our customers and staff are our priority. We will be continuing with the measures designed to keep you safe. This includes

• Face Masks - It is your choice should you wish to wear one or not. If you would prefer our staff member to wear a mask please request that they do so on your booking, otherwise they won't be wearing a mask.

• Hand sanitizer is on hand for customers and staff to sanitize on a regular basis.

• We will not be taking cash payments in the showroom; we are only able to take card payments.

• Our staff will clean all items touched following an appointment for your safety
