Louise Purcell from Whitehead Monckton will be presenting another fascinaing talk on a topical employment issue.
This session will be around Gross Misconduct and will be exploring how, why and when, the pitfalls and the legal aspects.
The session will be preceded by a light lunch buffet and refreshments and the opportunity to network.
With offices in Maidstone, Tenterden and Canterbury, Whitehead Monckton has grown to be one of the largest legal practices in the county.
We balance our practice between our business and personal clients. This ensures that every single client will receive the very best advice, support and quality of work, no matter what their background, tailored to their specific needs.
Whitehead Monckton has served companies and individuals in Kent for over 230 years. Our local knowledge enables us to introduce clients to business opportunities and commercial relationships in the county. We are uniquely placed in our knowledge of the economics of the area and the opportunities that Kent offers and we can assist those organisations moving into the area by introducing them to social, business and professional communities.
Our success depends on the experience and commitment of our people dedicated to provide the very best client care. We have therefore chosen our people for both the quality of their legal skills and their commitment to supplying an excellent client service.
Both the lawyers and support staff work in integrated teams focused on different practice areas to ensure we provide specialist services to all our clients, whatever their background or needs. We are proud of the fact that all our people are approachable and possess the skills to deliver a high quality legal service quickly and efficiently.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Situated in the centre of Canterbury, Whitehead Monckton is accessable by public transport and is a short walk away from the main Canterbury Bus Station (great for park and ride) and Canterbury East Rail Station. There is no parking but there is a multistory car park and an open-air pay and display 30 seconds walk away. Please make sure that you put enough payment in - allowing for an over-run is ideal
