We’re delighted to welcome LAURA GONZALEZ back for another Grounded Flow workshop — always a favourite with our community.

Unlike a standard Ashtanga class, this workshop still follows the traditional pace of the sequence — but Laura takes the time to pause on the trickier postures, or where students often struggle. She breaks them down with clear explanations, offering thoughtful variations and alternatives tailored to each person. In a small group setting, everyone receives individual attention and feels a direct connection with the teacher. It’s an enriching way to deepen your practice, no matter your level.

🌿 What to expect:

1 hour Ashtanga practice
Energising, steady, and breath-led — guided step by step with Laura’s detailed instructions and supportive adjustments. Build strength, stability, and flexibility while deepening your understanding of the practice.

45 minutes meditation & breathwork
Learn practical techniques you can continue at home. Breathwork calms the nervous system, clears mental fog, and creates space in the mind. Meditation then feels deeper, easier, and more restorative, leaving you centred and grounded.

Small, supportive group
Enjoy plenty of personal attention, with variations and alternatives tailored to your body and experience.
