This isn’t just another yoga class. We begin with a guided Ashtanga sequence—steady, focused, and deeply grounding. Laura’s guidance is clear and precise, offering hands-on adjustments and alternative options, so each pose can be explored fully. Every session brings new discoveries and deeper connection to your practice.

After Ashtanga, we transition into 45 minutes of meditation and pranayama. Laura’s instructions are gentle yet vivid, making it easy to visualize and feel the breathwork, creating clarity and calm that linger long after class.

This 2-hour workshop is a space to move with steadiness, breathe deeply, and find stillness. Small group, personal guidance, and an opportunity to explore both movement and meditation in one session. Every body and experience is welcome.All levels welcome
