About this Event
If you’ve been feeling a bit low or distracted lately, combining meditation and movement in a safe environment can have a really positive effect on the rest of your day. Join us for a friendly online class, open to all abilities.
Our classes will start with a meditative practice, then go onto some exercises to strengthen our postures and further ground our roots. This will lead to some Yin yoga-inspired moves, supporting the opening of the deep connective tissues, and calming down the mind.
We will be meeting on the video call app Zoom. Register your free space to receive a confirmation email with the event link and password, you do not need a Zoom account for this.
If you do have a Zoom account, your confirmation email will also include a meeting ID which can be used in Zoom to schedule a reminder.
About our teacher:
"My name is Elodie and I am a French physiotherapist, writer, and movement advocate. I am passionate about movement of bodies and thoughts patterns, as well as achieving and maintaining health in its entirety. I love finding new creative way to support my patients and my communities alike, trying to keep it fun and engaging. Yoga, Pilates, mindfulness and meditation are amongst my favourite tools to stay healthy."
