Supervision is an essential part of ethical, reflective, and effective coaching. It's a space to slow down, zoom out, and make sense of your practice with the support of others. Whether you're navigating a tricky client situation, questioning a “what if”, or simply looking for deeper insight you don’t need to do it alone.

These virtual supervision sessions are designed to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where coaches come together to:

Led by Nicola and Victoria—experienced Executive Coaches, Trainers, and Coach Supervisors, these sessions are professional but never dull. We bring warmth, curiosity, lots of fun and occasional well-timed challenge to help you grow your practice with confidence and community.

Each session is an opportunity to build trust and connection in a small group (max 6–8 participants), creating a shared journey over time.
