Many women find the (peri)menopause transition challenging.Often the symptoms experienced will impact life on a daily basis and slowly 'chip away' at a woman's confidence, self-worth, energy for life, and feeling of joy.

Group coaching is a collaborative process in which a coach works with a group to support each individual's personal growth and development. Group coaching utilises collective wisdom, shared expereinces, and peer accuntability to drive transformation.

You will get 4 x 90-minute coaching session on Zoom.

Sessions take place 7-8.30pm on:

Tuesday 23rd September

Tuesday 7th October

Tuesday 21st October

Tuesday 4th November

What you need to do:

  1. Commit to all 4 sessions
  2. Come with a personal goal/intention for the programme (e.g. to have more energy, feel less anxious, accept the changes to my body, etc.)
  3. Be prepared to share your experiences and feelings about your menopause journey
