The Waltham Forest BIPC is delighted to host Optimus Coach Academy, which was founded by Ruth Kudzi in 2019 to provide world class, ICF accredited coaches. Their large cohort of experienced coaches cover a wide range of specialist areas, and they have recommended brilliant local coaches to deliver these sessions for the borough.

This Group Coaching workshop is part of a series - you are welcome to sign up to all sessions, or to pick and choose the ones you'd like to attend.

• Even if it is just you running your business at the moment, building effective leadership skills will help you with all aspects of your business, including employees (when you have them), customer service, suppliers, and customers
• Leadership coaching will help you to bring out the best in your teams through effective guidance, building dedication and performance with your team
• Group Q&A, discussion and coaching

Workshop participants will also have the option to pick up additional, FREE one-to-one coaching sessions with advanced trainee or newly qualified coaches from Optimus Coach Academy.

About the presenters

Each coach has significant industry experience - they have their own established coaching businesses and know what it takes to build and grow a business. Their coaching is not based on one model, but rather they adopt a variety of approaches which have a strong foundation in psychology and neuroscience. They are always open to discussion and debate about different models and new ways of thinking to deliver a strong, evidence-based coaching approach.

Business overwhelm and lack of clarity are the greatest causes of failure for start-ups and SMEs. This does not have to happen - you just need to establish your vision, align this with your strategy, and make sure you have clarity.
