About this event
Have you recently completed your person-centred training? Perhaps you are in the midst of setting up private practice, working out what it means to be yourself after training or what it is to be a person-centred practitioner, or want to connect with other person-centred practitioners. Then this could be for you!
The group aims to offer an explorative space to discuss all things person-centred in an open, supportive, non-judgemental environment with peers in a similar position. This is an opportunity to be in relationship with each other and practising the person-centred principles and conditions.
The agenda will be flexible to meet the needs of those attending. It could be what it means to be person-centred finding our unique way with that, or perhaps what the core conditions mean in practice, issues arising from client work or setting up in private practice, or us sharing our own experiences with each other to listen and learn together. Let’s see what actualises when we meet.
The group meets on the first Saturday of the month (except July when we will meet on Saturday 19th)* at New Road Psychotherapy Centre, Hove, 73 Church Road from 10am till midday. When arriving please ring the buzzer for the correct room (see below for what room we will meet per month), then enter through the main doors and follow the corridor/stairs where you will find the rooms. Feel free to bring a beverage with you.
There’s charge of £10 (plus booking fee) to cover the room cost only. For any questions on the group feel free to email me on jennpaynegregory@gmail.com.
