Are you passionate about creating meaningful content — and using your creativity to support the neurodivergent community?
We’re inviting a small group of shortlisted applicants to join a 30–45 minute group interview for our Volunteer Content Creator roles at Exceptional Individuals.
This relaxed session is your chance to:
- Get a quick intro to who we are and what we stand for
- Share 1–2 content ideas you’re excited to bring to life (in writing, visuals, social, or video — no prep required)
- Explore different flexible ways you can contribute based on your skills, energy, and schedule
- Ask questions about the volunteer role, our current campaigns, and what collaboration looks like
- Check in on your communication preferences, access needs, and ideal working style
💡 What This Session Is:
✔️ A supportive, low-pressure group interview
✔️ A space to explore mutual fit and contribution ideas
✔️ A chance to connect with our team and other passionate creators
❌ What This Session Is Not:
❌ A formal panel interview
❌ A one-way evaluation
❌ Something you need to prepare for or “perform” in
