About this event

Somatic Breathwork is a 2-hour deep dive using Conscious Connected Breathing — a circular breath pattern that opens the door to the unconscious, clears emotional residue from the body, and reconnects you to the parts of yourself you’ve had to suppress or forget.

Through this powerful practice, we bypass the thinking mind and enter the body’s truth — your body knows what’s ready to be felt, released, and remembered. You may experience waves of emotion, physical sensations, insight, deep rest, or altered states of consciousness. I will guide you every step of the way in a safe, trauma-informed space.

This is for you if you’re ready to feel more than just fine.If you’re ready to clear the static and come home to yourself.

Important to Know Before You Book

This practice is not suitable for everyone.Please read the list of contraindications carefully. You will be required to sign a waiver before the session.

Somatic Breathwork is NOT advised for individuals with:

  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Severe asthma (unless you bring your inhaler and have discussed with me in advance)
  • Cardiovascular issues (e.g. high blood pressure not managed with medication, history of heart attack, stroke, etc.)
  • Diagnosed bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other serious psychiatric conditions (unless under the care of a professional and with prior discussion)
  • Detached retina or glaucoma
  • Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
  • Recent surgery or physical injury that limits breath capacity or movement
  • Pregnancy (please contact me for gentler breath-based practices if you’re pregnant)

If you’re unsure if this is safe for you, get your GPs advice and reach out to me before booking.

What to Expect

  • A short drop-in and intention-setting
  • A fully guided 40-50 min breathing journey with music
  • Integration time with optional journaling, rest, or sharing
  • Supportive aftercare guidance

You’ll receive a waiver and preparation info upon booking.Please avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before the session.
