Welcome to my online event, where I'll guide you through a refreshing **yoga flow** perfect for the summer heat! This class is suitable for all. So grab your mat, wear something comfy, and get ready to flow with us from the comfort of your own home!

We will send the zoom link to attend if you cannot find it here.

60min sessions for 5 days, Mon to Fri at 4:30am-5:30am BST

You will experience challenging but adaptive yoga sequence, pranayamas and relaxation. See you all there.

Absolutely not! This group yoga class is designed to be accessible to all people, all bodies, and all experience levels.

Can I attend from anywhere?

This current group is open to those located anywhere in the world, 18 years old or over. This session will be at 04:30am BST.

Requirements for session?

Yoga mat, water bottle, quiet space with proper lighting, zoom application on the device you are going to attend. And video will be on for the whole session, audio off.
