Celebrate 10 years of Grow Cardiff at our special Harvest Festival!

You’re invited to join us at the Dusty Forge Community Garden in Ely for an afternoon of food, music, and celebration of community gardening. Enjoy freshly cooked food and inspiring stories of hope from our garden projects over the past decade.

This milestone event will also welcome special guest Sarah Murphy MS, Minister for Mental Health & Wellbeing, who will share in the celebrations.

Come together with the Grow Cardiff team, volunteers, supporters, partners and funders to mark 10 years of growing, connecting, and building wellbeing through community gardens across Cardiff.

Do I need to register to attend?

Booking is helpful (but not essential) please sign up here on Eventbrite so we know how many people to expect. Friends and colleagues welcome!

Is the event free?

Yes! This is a free community celebration.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 12:30pm. The event will run through the afternoon.

Where is the event taking place?

Dusty Forge Community Garden, Cowbridge Road West, Ely, Cardiff. Full directions are on our Eventbrite page.

Will there be food?

Yes! Freshly cooked food will be provided, inspired by our gardens and harvest. All food will be Vegetarian and/or Vegan. Please notify us of any allergies via email isla@growcardiff.org

Is the event family-friendly?

Absolutely - children, families, and neighbours of all ages are welcome. Friendly doggies are also welcome but must remain on a short lead and under the owners control.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! The event is planned for outdoors, so bring weather-appropriate clothing. If we have terrible Welsh weather the event will go ahead as planned in the Dusty Forge hall.

Is the site accessible?

Yes, Dusty Forge Community Garden is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you have specific access needs.
