Millennial leaders are stepping into some of the most significant global leadership roles in businesses, public sector and charities, therefore, dialogue between the generations is central to innovation, collaboration and renewal.

In his presentation Simon Barrington (author of Leading The Millennial Way), will share key insights drawn from his recent research exploring the dynamic and diverse leadership styles of millennials and how they play a key role in creating thriving work environments. Simon will be joined by a guest panel who will bring their own experiences of work and leadership to the discussion.his business story, insights and lessons he’s learned along the way.

What To Expect:

About The Speaker
Simon Barrington is passionate about raising up a generation of leaders who are clear about their identity, have a strong sense of belief and a core inner strength that leads them to have extraordinary influence. He established Forge Leadership Consultancy in May 2017 with the aim of helping other people reach their full potential. Prior to this Simon served as CEO of Samaritan's Purse - an international relief and development organisation - for over 13 years. He has also enjoyed a successful careers as a senior manager at British Telecom and working for the UK Government Cabinet Office.

Is there an entrance fee?
No. This event is free, however, we do need you to book your place through Eventbrite. If you've booked a place and decide you can't attend, please let me know so that your place to be given to someone else.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes we can. The Clink Cafe are providing the light refreshments and if you can email me your requirements by Friday 3rd May we can make sure they are catered for.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
By Metro: St Peter's Square website
By Car: Parking at the NCP Oxford Street Manchester, 1 -2 hours £7.50 website

Is there disability access?
Yes. Canada House has an accessibility lift in the main reception which leads to the Cafe. The Clink Cafe also has a toilet suitable for someone using a wheelchair. Please contact me if you have any specific requirements you want to discuss.
