Grow It, Cook It Share It. A FREE Course for Bedfordshire residents where adults and children learn together.
Join us at the Flitwick Childrens Centre, Malham Close, MK45 1PU to learn more about fruit and vegetables that can easily be grown and eaten at home, whether in a garden, balcony or window box, through supervised gardening and simple cooking or prepairing sessions.
It’s a sociable course becasue you take part in activities as a family unit and with other families. The course also gives you the chance to add more homegrown fresh vegetables and fruit to your diet through your new learned knowledge. You also get the mental and physical wellbeing benefits of being active outdoors and getting to grips with nature.
