Inspired by our ‘Grow’ exhibition for this year's Hey Clay!, launching on the 17 May, Venture Arts would like to invite you to create your own slab-built plant pot with slip decoration. During the workshop participants will be shown how to personalise their plant pot by learning various techniques including ceramic flower making with Becky Hislop.

The Crafts Council’s Hey Clay! weekend is a national celebration of clay, giving everyone the chance to unleash their inner potter. Hey Clay! is a part of Get Creative Festival (11-19 May), a national campaign to support everyday creativity which is runs by the Crafts Council.
