Experiment with your coaching in a safe space. Since 2021, Jeremy has been offering a co-coaching group to his supervision clients to practise their coaching and receive constructive feedback from their peers. Each 90-minute online session includes breakout rooms in triads so that each participant coaches, is coached and observes, and provides feedback to each other on their coaching. The benefit is primarily for the learning and development of the person practising their coaching. This means you get concrete experience and the opportunity to experiment with your coaching technique in a safe, confidential space.
For 2024, he is opening these sessions up beyond his client base to any coaches who wish to come along. These co-coaching sessions are free of charge for my supervision clients and a nominal £6 per session for general admission.
