The session begins with an open Q&A where you can ask real questions about your business challenges and get advice from an experienced coach and mentor. You’ll also be introduced to tools and ideas that help businesses grow with confidence — including Gallup StrengthsFinder, Lean Startup thinking, and the Growth Mindset. These are practical, human-centred approaches designed to support founders who want to build smart, resilient businesses.
This session also sets the scene for the wider Stay Up program, which includes future workshops on HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation.
