Marketing Planning Workshop – Grow your business through planned marketing activities
Profitable growth does not happen by accident, nor is it immediate. Growth is most successful when it is formed from planned initiatives and investments rather than simply responding passively to the market and customers. Solid market success is created by companies that find an effective balance between focusing on today’s operations while efficiently planning on tomorrow with wise business development efforts.
This practical workshop will arm Chorley businesses with a clear process and tools to create your own bespoke Marketing Plan, assisting you in delivering all your customer communications in a structured and thought-out way. It will enable you to co-ordinate all your marketing activity and assist in budgeting and timelines, keeping your team on track. It will also crystallise your focus and messaging to your target market and give clear visibility of the investment and value of your Plan. To stay organised and consistent, the Plan is always a working document that can be revised and updated continually.
The workshop will be delivered by Debbie Smith of nxo Business Growth Consultancy. The company, based in Preston, work with SMEs to power business growth using established approaches across the principle functions of business. They are currently finalists in the E3 North West Awards for High Growth Business of the Year. Debbie is a results-driven marketing professional with 20 years experience in marketing, working with brands such as Shop Direct Group (Littlewoods, Very, Great Universal) and MBNA as well as many owner-managed SME’s.
