After qualifying as a certified accountant and working in mergers and acquisitions for one of the largest investment banks in the world, Joe now wants to bring his experience and expertise back to his hometown and create more local success stories.
Joe brings elite-level discipline, resilience, and mental toughness to every task. As a former professional rugby player, Joe relishes all types of challenges, from the boardroom to the triathlon track.

About James Vincent
James Vincent’s track record of developing winning teams and embedding high-performance cultures in organisations speaks volumes. He has coached 3 Team GB athletes into the Top 5 in the World with one of his clients winning GB’s first-ever medal in Men’s Badminton at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
