Event description
Second part event of a two-day event outlining the economic case for agri-tech and why businesses should get on board!

About this event

The case for agri-tech: How your business can benefit from it

Venue: Frank Parkinson Building, Pershore College

Join us for a brand new event that explores the benefits of agri-tech and explains why it is important that Worcestershire businesses get on board this exciting sector.

With a global population set to rise to 9.7 billion by 2050, we need a sustained increase in agricultural productivity as well as a climate-resilient agricultural system. This is where agritechnology (or agri-tech for short) is already leading the way with a range of innovations.

Enjoy our programme of expert-led talks that showcase the cutting-edge technologies currently being developed to revolutionise the way we grow our food. Hear from a range of individuals and academics who will explain how your business can benefit.

Understand the potential of the agri-tech market, discuss the impact of Brexit on the horticulture industry, learn how R&D tax credits can save you money and lots more.
