Join us for a fun and hands-on day at Pitchcott Farm, near Aylesbury, where we’ll be planting some of Oxfordshire’s endangered wetland plant species, helping to restore a vital habitat and give nature a real boost.
It’s not just about planting – you can also join landowner and farmer Tony Langford on a guided farm tour to discover how farming and nature can thrive side by side.

- Try your hand at pond dipping and water quality testing
- Hear from Tony about his inspiring journey to create the Pitchcott wetlands in partnership with Freshwater Habitats Trust
Please bring:
- A snack and plenty of water
- Waterproof footwear (wellingtons preferred)

- Weather-appropriate clothing
We’ll provide all tools and equipment needed for planting.
