A stimulating and informative talk by an expert organic gardener, Pauline Pears.

About this Event

An introduction to the diverse range of organic methods that gardeners and allotment holders can use to keep their plot healthy and productive. This illustrated talk will deal specifically with fruit and vegetable growing and include encouraging wildlife, predators and parasites, companion planting and some Covid-safe interaction! Pauline Pears established and ran the organic advisory service for Garden Organic for 10 years. She has written a couple of books on pest and disease control in the organic garden and edited (and contributed to) the Garden Organic Encyclopaedia of Organic Gardening (Dorling Kindersley).

The talk will last 45 minutes starting at 2pm and there will be ample time for Q and A afterwards.
