This half-day session is designed to teach people how to leverage existing client relationships and, ultimately, win more business from current clients (and keep them longer). The session is interactive, with activities designed to allow attendees to think about their clients’ businesses from a different perspective.

This course is aimed at Project Managers, Account Managers, and Account Directors of agencies of all sizes and disciplines. The trainer is Lucy Mann, a DBA (Design Business Association) Expert Advisor and GrowthAccelerator Coach. She has spent over 20 years in agency business development and is the founder of Gunpowder Consulting, a new business strategy consultancy.
