Description

This is our event page to book all 6 Growing Good Food workshops (Sunday 16th April- Sunday 21st May)

Over the course of 6 (hopefully sunny!) sundays on Leith Community Croft you can become an inspired grower and learn to successfully grow your own good food. By doing this you can play your part in Scotland becoming a Good Food Nation and creating a healthy happy food system.

You will learn by getting your hands dirty and gaining some practical knowledge from our experienced gardener on the basics of growing your own food, including choosing what to grow, getting to know and nurturing the soil, starting new plants, helping your established plants to thrive, and increasing biodiversity and wildlife in your garden.

Suitable for: beginners, or those who already have a little knowledge of growing and gardening.

Here you are signing up to attend ALL 6 sessions. You will save £20 over buying 6 separate full price tickets.

Alternatively workshops are bookable individually (early bird discount tickets available for each workshop) depending on what you most need or want to learn. See individual listings on our organiser page here
