Should I attend the level one or level two course?

If you are confident in personal prophecy, I recommend you attend the level two course. However, most people still need the biblical grounding of the level one course, so you should purchase the level one manual or teaching video set. Otherwise, I recommend attending the level one course.

Do I need to buy the course teaching manual?

Not necessarily. The course is thoroughly covered over nine monthly evening sessions, and video recordings of each teaching session are available on YouTube for a month afterwards. However, there is much more teaching in the course manual, so it is great for preparation, revision, and reference.

Can I join the course after it has already started, i.e. as a late starter?

You certainly can. You can purchase video recordings of any of the teaching sessions that you have missed. I don't recommend joining after the third session, as you only have six of the nine simulation workshops left, and you don't benefit from their full breadth of experience.
