Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for parents and carers of children (typically aged 4–12) who struggle with anxiety, worries, or fears. Whether your child is showing signs of separation anxiety, school refusal, or general worry, this session is designed to give you practical tools and support.

Will my child attend the workshop with me?

No — this session is for parents and carers only. It’s a space for you to learn, reflect, and build confidence in how to support your child.

What if my child doesn’t like talking about their worries?

That’s completely normal — we’ll explore gentle and creative ways to encourage your child to open up and how to respond in ways that build trust and emotional safety.

What if I can’t afford a ticket?

If cost is a barrier, please get in touch — we want this workshop to be accessible to all families and may be able to offer a free or discounted place.
